The funny thing is, they didn't make me do parallel parking (but I did practice it a lot during my Driving Class I had to take in school). I was prepared to take a written test on signs and everything when all I had to do was driving. The only thing I messed up on was my K-Turns.

Yes it is stupid Val. I failed the parking, and I haven't taken the driving test since (for one thing I just haven't had the time). It really sucks not having that independence, so I'm going to go for it again, but I've been putting it off, because I'm nervous.

Congrats! I never did parallel parking in Driver's Ed or on my driving test. I didn't need it for about two years after I had my drivers license. Then, I had to teach myself out of necessity. Led to a few embarrassing 20 point turns right in front of people walking to class...

Being the oldest really, really sucks.

Rhapsody is also very angry, and for pretty much the same reason. Although I'm not the oldest.

My younger teenage brother is completely drunk (which is illegal, for a start) and he's keeping me awake when I have to work early tomorrow morning. My older sister has gone out for the night to a party. My parents are camping for the weekend, therefore I've been put in charge of: babysitting my soon-to-be-hung-over brother, looking after the family dog, AND going to work for 8 hours both Saturday AND Sunday.

I hate being responsible sometimes.
